Wall Stencils Or Murals - If you really want to make a huge statement in your room then you might want to opt for a wall stencil or mural. Some of these murals can take up the whole wall and have a realistic look to them. I love the ones that look like french doors opening up into a beautiful garden or view of the sea.
Office Wall Decor - This is a unique work of art painted on the walls of an office. It is mainly seen in companies large and medium-sized organizations including government offices. In most cases the artworks on the walls of these organizations are specially designed to communicate some vital pieces of information to everyone that comes around.
Paintings - Paintings are one of the most popular forms of wall decor. Within this particular category of decor there are a number of different styles. This can include oil painting acrylic painting and watercolor painting.
Music Note Art - Music note art is a perfect example of contemporary design with a little touch of your personal interest about music. This idea can be a fascinating focal point in your media or music room. You can choose to place it in the ceiling or on the wall just above your piano. You can also add a line or two of your favorite song to further accentuate the decor.
The Designing processes - There are various designing processes used in producing wall decors. Oil paintings is one of such wonderful processes in use by most artists today. This is simply the process of using pigments in painting and drawing various wonderful designs on the walls. Drying oil and other quality painting materials such as resin frankincense walnut oil and many others are used in the process. Different kinds of oils are normally used depending on the kind of pigment being applied. There are various techniques used in the painting process. Each technique usually involves proper sketching with a thinned paint and charcoal which are applied onto a canvas in order to get the right design in mind. In most cases the painting made on the wall with the oil is normally dried up through evaporation or oxidation within a space of one day to one week.
Architectural Elements - One of my favorite ways to decorate the wall is by using architectural elements. By this I mean old doors wrought iron gates corbels porch pieces - anything that you might normally find on the outside of the house can add depth and interest to your inside walls. When it comes to architectural elements the more wear the piece has and the chippier the paint the better! This aging and wear gives character to the piece and adds interest.
